High School Basketball Tournament Hospitality Room Sign up November 20th -22nd
First and foremost, I want to extend a BIG THANK YOU to everyone who contributes and continues to work hard in making our hospitality room a success. Our basketball tournaments are well-known and prestigious in our area, and the hospitality room is an essential part of that tradition. Your dedication does not go unnoticed!
We are extending the hospitality room sign up sheet to the players and community members FIRST to contribute to our great event!
Traditionally the players all bring can drinks for the hospitality room. However, this year we are asking that players also sign up to bring an item on the list. We also encourage any extended family or community member to contribute under the name of one of the basketball players. The Wells ISD staff plan to pitch in to bring items to make sure our list gets completed. We are hoping to make this more of a collaborative effort with all of our stakeholders this year.

Who will benefit from your contribution??? and WHY your contribution matters!!! Ultimately the students are ALWAYS our reason WHY!!!
- The students from Wells ISD get to compete in and be proud of hosting such a great event. (players are not allowed hospitality room refreshments)
- The officials, coaches, tournament workers and their immediate families are welcome to partake in the refreshments in the hospitality room. This is common practice for our hospitality room.
